CILICIA. Selinus-Traianopolis. Hadrian, 117-138. Diassarion (Bronze, 23 mm, 8.21 g, 6 h). Α[Υ ΚΑΙϹΑΡ ΤΡΑΙΑΝΟϹ] ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟϹ [ϹΕΒ] Laureate bust of Hadrian to right, with drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. ϹΕΛΙΝ[ΟΥϹΙⲰ]Ν / ΠΟ/ΑΚ/ΦΙ Two veiled female divinities standing front on basis, each holding her right hand on breast; one is holding ears of corn, the other one a poppy-flower, in their left hands. RPC III 3186. SNG Levante 35. Very rare, apparently the fourth and finest known example. Surfaces a little rough, otherwise, very fine.
